These earrings are very pretty. Although they are described as a hoop, they have more of a zig zag design. The do have a post, but the back is also hinged and snaps up and down almost like a clip on earring (but just to be clear, it is NOT a clip on earring). The product description mentioned that the earrings come with a free gift box. As you can see from the picture, there is a box and the earrings are in a smaller cellophane bag with 2 silicone like earring backs which is very nice to help keep them secure. It also has a single alcohol pad and a hair tie, I think - see image. Since I thought I was just ordering earrings that is what my review is on. These are simple but cute and at $14.99, a great deal. I would recommend these to purchase for yourself or a gift.
