I was debating between the flat pair of these and the thicker stainless steel huggie-style earrings also on amazon, and ultimately bought both to compare.I will say these earrings feel incredibly flimsy. The tolerances are not very tight and the hinges seem to wobble a lot. However, despite my wearing my first pair nearly every other day for now over half a year, they still look and feel the same.The stainless steel ones are much more solid feeling but these are infinitely more comfortable, so much that i bought another pair after i got my second pair of piercings. They're very light and sit much closer to my ear lobe, and for reasons I cannot quite ascertain they seem to slide into the piercing holes much more easily than the stainless steel ones.For the price and the comfort level, I don't think these can beat and they're my preferred pair, but if you want something that feels sturdier, go for the stainless steel.Don't you hate those reviews where the person simply says "I like it" or "pretty" without any other information?Me too.I like these pretty earrings.Seriously, they are better than I expected. The silver has heft to it; they may be the heaviest earrings I own. I have always kept my earrings on the light side so I don't stretch my piercing holes (not knowing that it would someday be popular) but these are hole stretchers! They shine quite bright and they seem to be very good quality for the price, much better than I was expecting. These will be my go-to silver earrings, they are that nice.As for whether they are sterling or not, I haven't worn them long enough to know yet. (My body reacts to any metal that isn't sterling) Still, by quality and heaviness alone I believe they are. They came double packaged.Pretty. Like.Oh, fast shipping too! The ones with a claw-clasp were regularly falling out and getting lost, posts hurt the skin behind her ears, and any dangling earrings were quickly caught in her hair and had to be taken out. But these little hoops have been in her ears for months now, they are a perfect size, and though they sometimes come unclasped when she's taking off a shirt, they do NOT fall out, and it's very easy for her to close them again. She loves wearing earrings again, thanks to these hoops.They are kind of bendy so be carefulThese were perfect for my almost 4 year old to switch from studs to hoop or "big girl earrings" (as she calls them) however a month later and each one has at least one stone missing...Son lindos, el material parece de buena calidad. My ears are usually sensitive to metal other than gold/silver, but when I wore these for several days in a row, my ears were totally fine without any reaction. I'd give these a 5-star except when I was trying to open one of them, the bottom snap came loose a little bit.
